Well, maybe it's not true, but I have the feeling that it tells a lot on the problem of filtering the huge amount of information they deal with.
Sort of a drowback of using information technology: you can deal with a lot more information, but this leads to procrastinating the critical analysis...

I know. The CIA should develop some sort of imaging satellite that scans the globe for white Persian cats. That would be a really quick way of rounding up global criminal masterminds.
